01Can I order anything right now?+
No. This is a launch preview. There are no live products, active carts, accounts, or payments.
02What is a Drop?+
A Drop is a product offer open for a set window. Each qualifying order moves its live meter toward the order target.
03When am I charged for a Drop?+
When Drops open, payment will be taken when you place an order. The product page will show the same payment terms before checkout.
04What if a Drop does not reach its target?+
If a future Drop does not reach its target, it will not proceed and payment will be returned. The applicable payment details will be shown before checkout.
05Does the price change while a Drop is open?+
No. The price shown for an open Drop does not rise because Grabba's sourcing cost changes.
06What is GrabbaGo?+
GrabbaGo is for products that will be ready for immediate purchase. It does not use a Drop target meter.
07What is Grabba Local?+
Grabba Local is a curated collection from approved local businesses. Each future listing will identify whether it will be available through GrabbaGo or as part of a Drop.
08Can any business list products on Grabba Local?+
No. Grabba Local is a managed collection, not an open self-service marketplace. Businesses, products, partner terms, and fulfillment responsibilities are reviewed before a listing goes live.
09How will I know a product's condition?+
Each live listing will identify condition, known flaws, what is included, and the product-specific checks completed.
